Wine Country breweries, the Pacific Ocean a short drive away as is the
wildly popular Sears Point Raceway. The tourist towns of Sausalito and
Tiburon are in close proximity.
Golf lovers will find a brand new, state-of-the-art 18-hole golf
course 5 minutes away, complete with clubhouse and facilities. 

Bel Marin Keys Yacht Club is nearby where meetings on a variety of topics are
held, membership also available for boat enthusiasts.

Kitchen/family room, dining-room and the leaving-room open onto
views of the lagoon, and sunrise each morning. Fig, lemon, pears,
apple quince, persimmon trees, and grapes are surrounding the lower
deck property (all-U-can-eat when available). The interior of the
house was redone and has new tiles,  and hardwood floors.

The family room sliding glass door opens to a huge triple deck facing the Lagoon.

The room for rent is unfurnished with large walk-in closet and
recently installed wood floor, 
The house features a fully equipped kitchen with a microwave,
refrigerator/freezer, electric toaster oven and stove (kitchen privileges are included).
Rental includes large room with a private full bathroom, outdoor space
and family room. Water and garbage is included; PG&E bill negotiable.
No Pets, smoking, drugs, alcohol or wild parties.
 Seeking: A working professional, must be friendly, responsible,
trustworthy, and capable of meeting financial obligations on month to month tenancy.
Please provide references and a credit report. First month rent 750.00 and $1,300 security deposit required plus 1/3 of utilities, on moth to month tenancy.
