Availability in stock and special orders:
If requested items are available in stock. Could be purchased as a single item for the same discount price. And immediate delivery in 72-hr. or in 3 working days, for in stock merchandise only. Shipping is available in regular-air-next day express or as requested by the purchaser.
Please be sure of the items size, color and brand, there is absolutely no returns, unless the item is defected. (please refer to our return policy)
Orders for $ 500.00 or more additional discount available. (Please e-mail us your school or company name with your order.)
- Tights: 3 pairs of a color and same size. (Minimum orders two dozen.) or $ 175.00 minimum order
- Leotards: From the same company, same or mixed sizes or colors. (Minimum orders 6 pieces.) or 200.00 dollars total.
- Pointe Shoes: Minimum orders 6 pairs for Pointe shoes.
- Soft Ballet: 12 pairs for soft ballet slippers Or $ 300.00 dollars order. Sizes, and style can be mixed. (Selection must be from the same company) shoes can be mixed, Pointe Shoes with Ballet slippers, Character shoes etc. sizes, widths and color.
- Pointe Shoes: Same size or mixed. (Must be from the same company.) Minimum orders 6 pairs.
- Special Order Pointe Shoes: Orders on special measurement, cut, vamp, shank, width, maker. Pointe shoes should be ordered in same size, width and style. And must be ordered from the same company. (Minimum orders 6 pairs.) minimum time 3 months + longer depends on the maker.
- Ballroom Special orders: 1 pair or more. Order time 10 weeks or longer.
- Character, Flamenco, Folk, Irish, Tap and jazz shoes: Minimum orders 2-6 pairs (style selection changes the minimum), can be mixed jazz and tap or character in same size or different and style (From the same company). "inquire for single order" if available.
- Skating and Gymnastic GK Elite: 6 Items or more could be mixed, size, color, or style. (Must be from the same company.) (no returns)
- Costumes: 3 + pieces also shipping and handling charges will apply, costumes could be mixed sizes, color or style, special additional 10% discount will apply on (12 pieces) or more placed orders. Delivery date 9 weeks or longer. (no returns)
- Grishko Costumes: Could be ordered mixed, color, style or size. (No single orders on costumes, handling charges will be added on all orders) Prices on request. Completion time according to season and how busy they are. Please order minimum 7 months in advance. (no returns)
12) Accessories: Single items could be purchased on availability in stock, (some Pointe shoes come with elastics and ribbons and others don’t, please inquire during purchase.) Elastic and ribbon also available for sale.
13) All other items: minimum order 3 to 6 pieces +.
14) Music page: Minimum order's 4 items could be mixed tapes, video, CD's with records. Or can be ordered as a single item if we have it in stock. Please check for availability for single purchase. IMMEDIATE DELIVERY (no returns) on all items unless there is factory defect. return must be made in two weeks with return authorization ID.
15) Returns: Only if item is defected and will be replaced with the same size width and style after inspection by the manufacturer. Please read our return policy.
16) On all orders payments required in advance by Check, Money Order, Bank Draft in US currency.17) Single Item can be ordered for extra fee $ 14.75 plus shipping. 12 Weeks or longer delivery date on certain Companies..
18) Shipping and handling charges will be added to all orders. There are absolutely no refund on shipping and handling charges.
Delivery failures, or any other causes beyond the control of our or other site, shall not be held liable for any delay or failure in delivery date.
Quantities or any items are subject to availability. In the event of shortage back order will be mailed to a customer with back order notification and to back order mailing charges will be added. (Please specify in your order if back order is not accepted). Or should be mailed all the items in one shipment. There will be surcharge ranging from $2.00 to $ 5.00 to shoes and $ 8.00 to $15.00 dollars to costumes, "according to selected items" plus shipping charges will be added according of size, weight and zip code of the parcel or shipping instruction.
