Return Policy Returns: Damaged items must be returned for exchange within 2 weeks of the shipping invoice date. Dancewear, tights or costumes: Worn or washed garments are subject to refusal. Original tags must be attached. No returns excepted on Pointe shoes worn, pulled elastic drawstrings and any alteration made to the shoes for foot comfort. Manufactures defected item will be sent to manufacture for inspection. Please be sure of your size, width, color and style. There is absolutely no returns on wrong orders. Defects: We need to send the items to manufactures before determining if it is defective. If defective we will gladly replace the same item and size ordered, shipping charges will be added and not refundable. Policy for items not found defective: Items will be returned to the customer solely at the customers expense. Shipping and handling with restocking charges will be added to customer's credit card and absolutely not refundable.
